By completing a reservation/booking to the 8 Days Spring Equinox Retreat held on 13h-20th March 2017 (later Spring Retreat) and accepting these terms and conditions you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between Ashtanga Yoga Rovaniemi (abbreviated AYR) on behalf of yourself and any other members of your booking.
A 30% deposit is payable upon application. Full payment is due five weeks (15th January 2017) prior to the start date and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date. To receive the early bird discount full payment must be received by 15th January 2017. A written/emailed confirmation sent to you by AYR means AYR has accepted your booking and payment.
The price is the exact amount to be received by us in Euros irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges. If you choose to pay by electronic transfer, please instruct your bank to charge all costs to you in order to avoid a shortfall in the amount that we receive.
If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing.
If we’re able to confirm your place on the retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.
All cancellations must be received in writing. If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies:
If the balance of the retreat fee is not received by the notified due date (five weeks prior to retreat commencement), a participant’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The participants will forfeit the deposit paid.
a) If the participant withdraws 60 days or more prior to retreat commencement the participant will be refunded any amounts paid over and above the non-refundable trip deposit.
b) If the participant withdraws 59-30 days prior to the retreat commencement the participant will receive 50% minus the non refundable retreat deposit.

Although we offer full care, we cannot accept any responsibility if you choose not to cover yourself appropriately.
